高等农科院校“食品微生物学”双语教学的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Bilingual Teaching of Food Microbiology in Higher Agricultural Colleges

为适应我国高等教育国际化发展的需要,针对食品科学与工程专业的核心课程"食品微生物学",立足于仲恺农业工程学院国际班,从教材选择、多媒体使用、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行深入的分析,总结经验并提出合理的意见,进一步完善双语教学,培养出具有良好专业技能和精通外语的国际化人才。

In order to adapt to the needs of the development of internationalization of higher education in our country.This paper deeply analyzed bilingual course Food Microbiology in food science and engineering from the aspects of teaching material choice,multimedia,teaching method and examination based on international class of Zhongkai University of agriculture and engineering.The teaching experience were summed up and reasonable advice were put forward to improve the bilingual teaching of this course,further cultivating internationalized talents with good professional skills and proficient foreign language.
