川渝商贸流通业协同发展水平测度与效率评价 被引量:1

Measuring the Development Level and Evaluating the Efficiency of Sichuan’s and Chongqing’s Commercial Circulation Industry

摘要 鉴于商贸流通业对区域经济发展的重要作用,选取四川省和重庆市2009—2017年商贸流通业的相关数据,运用复合系统协同模型对川渝商贸流通业协同发展水平进行测度,再运用DEA-Malmquist方法对川渝商贸流通业的协同效率进行测算。结果表明,川渝商贸流通业的产业规模增长趋势与全国基本一致,川渝整体协同度低,协同发展全要素生产率有所下降。川渝两地应培养商贸流通业的专业型人才,大力引进先进技术;消除两地的商贸流通壁垒,促进两地要素顺畅流通;建立有效的商贸流通业管理制度,提高管理效率。 In view of the important role of the commercial circulation industry in regional economic deve-lopment,this article selects the data of the commercial circulation industry in Chongqing and Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2017,and uses the composite system synergy model to measure the coordinated development level of the regional commercial circulation industry.Further more,DEA-Malmquist me-thod is applied to measure the synergy efficiency of Sichuan’s and Chongqing’s commercial circulation industry.The conclusions are drawn that the growth trend of the commercial circulation industry in this region is the same as that of the whole country;the overall degree of synergy between Sichuan’s and Chongqing’s commercial circulation industry is low;the total factor productivity of the coordinated development has declined.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate professional talents and vigorously introduce advanced technology,remove the trade barrier between the two places to promote its smoothness,and set up effective management system to improve management efficiency.
