摘要
本文基于"一带一路"沿线45国2007—2016年的面板数据,构建空间计量模型,分析中国OFDI对"一带一路"沿线国家的环境效应。实证结果显示:我国OFDI对"一带一路"沿线国家环境产生"污染光环"效应,沿线国家PM2.5浓度与人均GDP之间表现为倒"N"型关系;产业结构和能源消耗对PM2.5浓度起促进作用,失业率对PM2.5浓度起降低作用;技术进步间接影响PM2.5浓度,具有一定的滞后性。
Based on the panel data of 45 countries along"The Belt and Road"from 2007 to 2016,this article builds spatial econometrics model to analyze the environmental effects of China’s OFDI to countries along"The Belt and Road".The empirical results show that China’s OFDI has a"pollution halo"effects on the environment of host countries along"the Belt and Road".There is an inverted N-shaped relationship between PM2.5 concentration and per capita GDP in countries along"the Belt and Road".The industrial structure and energy consumption promote PM2.5 concentration,while unemployment reduces PM2.5 concentration.Technological progress indirectly affects the concentration of PM2.5,which has a certain lag.
