师范认证理念下的英语师范生教学设计能力提升实践探索

Accreditation of Teacher Education and Improvement of Pre-service EFL Teachers'Teaching Design

突出的教学设计能力是师范生走向工作岗位,成为合格教师的必要条件。师范类专业认证以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”为基本理念,以课程教学为中心,突出学生的主体地位,重在学生专业技能的培养。本研究依据专业认证理念,在课程教学中以学生教学设计能力提升为目标,通过系列措施进行教学改革探索,学生的实际教学设计能力有很好的提升。

Learning how to teach is of great significance for pre-service teachers,especially for their future career.Accreditation of Teacher Education promotes the educational concept of“student centered,outcome oriented,continuous improvement”,requiring the center position of students.Therefore,teaching training should focus on the cultivation of students'professional teaching skills.Based on the concept of accreditation,this study aims at improving the students'teaching design ability in the course teaching,and explores the teaching reform through a series of measures.The actual teaching design ability of students has been greatly improved.
