摘要
“卓越教师”计划背景下,高校师范生教学技能评价研究相对缺失,应尝试构建教学技能评价模型,并运用实例验证该模型与样本群体的适配度。在对教学技能水平进行方差分析的基础上,提出提高师范生教学技能的对策和建议,以期对师范生教学技能的培养提供参考与借鉴。
In view of the lack of research on teaching skills evaluation of Normal University Students under the background of the current excellent teacher program,this paper attempts to build a teaching skills evaluation model,and uses an example to verify the suitability of the model with the sample group.On the basis of variance analysis of teaching skills,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teaching skills of normal students,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of teaching skills of normal students.
