摘要
协同创新已经成了当前教师教育改革的基本方向,是提升教师教育质量的关键因素。教师教育走向协同创新,反映了基础教育的现实诉求。当前,在推进过程中遇到了诸多困境:政策供给单一,导致创新主体缺乏积极性;价值追求差异性,致使协同创新缺乏粘合力;缺乏制度保障,造成创新主体“貌似神离”。为此,需要树立教师教育治理意识,激发主体活力;构建共同愿景,提升协同创新粘合力;进行制度保障体系系统构建,促进协同创新稳固运行。
collaborative innovation has become the basic direction of the current teacher education reform,and is the key factor to improve the quality of teacher education.The collaborative innovation of teacher education reflects the realistic demands of basic education.At present,in the process of promoting,there are many difficulties:the single supply of policy leads to the lack of enthusiasm of innovation subject;the difference of value pursuit leads to the lack of cohesion of collaborative innovation;the lack of institutional guarantee leads to the"seeming separation"of innovation subject.Therefore,we need to establish the awareness of teacher education governance,stimulate the vitality of the main body,build a common vision,enhance the cohesion of collaborative innovation,and build a system of institutional guarantee system to promote the stable operation of collaborative innovation.
