中小学劳动教育评价:历史沿革、现实问题及改革举措 被引量:5

摘要 新时代,党和国家高度重视劳动教育。劳动教育评价是促进劳动教育有效实施之关键。本研究结合历史发展与当下现状,分析出中小学劳动教育评价的现实问题是缺乏科学的评价机制,具体表现为评价主体单一、评价方式简单化、评价内容偏失、评价功能弱化异化。基于历史的经验教训和存在的现实问题,以新时代教育评价理念为指导,提出了“加强劳动教育评价理论研究”“构建科学的劳动教育评价机制”“以劳动素养为核心,建立全面创新的劳动教育评价指标体系”的改革举措。 In the new era,the Party and the state attach great importance to labor education.The evaluation of labor education is the key to promote the effective implementation of labor education.Through combing the policies,documents and literature of labor education in different historical periods,this study summarizes that the evaluation of labor education in our country has experienced five stages:budding consciousness,unconventional advance,normative development,fuzzy stagnation and breakthrough development,and generally presents a trend of intermittent development.Combined with historical development and present situation,this study analyzes that the realistic problem of labor education evaluation in primary and secondary schools is the lack of scientific evaluation mechanism,which is manifested in the single evaluation subject,the simplification of evaluation method,the partial loss of evaluation content and the weakening of evaluation function;Based on the experience and lessons of history and the existing practical problems,and guided by the concept of educational evaluation in the new era,this paper puts forward the reform measures of“strengthening the theoretical research of labor education evaluation”,“constructing scientific labor education evaluation mechanism”and“taking labor literacy as the core”,establishing the comprehensive and innovative evaluation index system.
