美国教师教育实践课程建设的经验研究——以“麦考利夫卓越教师教育项目”为例 被引量:5

摘要 当前,培养卓越教师是世界各国教师教育的共同追求,教师教育实践课程是培养卓越教师的有效途径。以美国“麦考利夫卓越教师教育项目”中更具教育实践课程研究价值的11所大学为研究对象,对其教师教育实践课程建设经验进行分析,发现卓越的教师教育实践课程具有学习者中心的课程目标、理论与实践相渗透的课程内容、协同创新的课程实施机制以及基于实践反思的课程评价等独特经验。据此,我国教师教育实践课程建设应从制定学生本位、引导性的课程目标,设计整合式、浸入化的课程内容,落实协同化、创新型的课程实施以及实行反思性、持续性的课程评价等手段入手,提高教师培养质量以及完善卓越教师培养计划。 At present,cultivating excellent teachers is the common pursuit of teacher education in all countries in the world,and teacher education practice curriculum is an effective way to cultivate excellent teachers.“McAuliffe outstanding teacher education programs in the United States”more education practice in curriculum research value of 11 universities as the research object,analyzes the teacher education practice curriculum construction experience,found the remarkable teacher education practice curriculum have learning objective,theory and practice in the center of the infiltration of curriculum content,curriculum implementation mechanism of collaborative innovation and unique experience reflection based on the practice of curriculum evaluation,etc.Teacher education practice curriculum construction of our country should be formulated on the basis of students'standard,introductory course target,design integrated type,immersed in the curriculum content,the implementation of collaborative,innovative curriculum implementation and the reflective,sustainability,curriculum evaluation,improve the quality of teacher training,and improve the excellent teacher training program.
