摘要
以氧化铝为原料,核桃壳粉为扩孔剂,在扩孔剂用量为氧化铝用量2%(质量分数)的条件下,制备了一系列α-氧化铝。结果表明:扩孔剂粒径和原料对α-氧化铝的微观结构影响较大;在吸附液pH值为5~6,氧化铝原料的质量浓度为1.0 g/L的条件下,由最小粒径(0.3 mm)30#核桃壳粉制备的α-氧化铝,具有最大的比表面积(3.861 m^(2)/g),最小的平均孔径(593.42 nm),以及最低的残余溶液中铜离子质量浓度(54.391 mg/L),其对铜离子的吸附能力最佳。
A series ofα-alumina were prepared with alumina as raw material,walnut shell powder as pore expanding agent at the amount of 2%(mass fraction)of alumina.The results showed that for the same type of walnut shell powder,the particle size of pore expanding agent and raw material had a great influence on the microstructure ofα-alumina;under the conditions of pH value of adsorption solution within 5-6,the mass concentration of alumina of 1.0 g/L,α-alumina prepared by 30#walnut shell powder with minimum particle size(0.3 mm)had the largest specific surface area(3.861 m2/g),the smallest average pore size(593.42 nm)and the lowest mass concentration(54.391 mg/L)of copper ion in residual solution,and the adsorption capacity of copper ion was the best.
