Approaches to Promoting the Modernization of the Economic System in the Border Areas of China in the Perspective of the Dual-circulation Pattern

经济体系现代化与新格局的建设无论在目标和内容上都相辅相成、互为支撑。边疆地区因其独特的区位优势和资源禀赋在维护国家经济安全、扩大对外开放、连接国内国际市场、促进区域协调发展方面有着重要作用。本文在剖析了高质量标准下经济体系现代化内涵的基础上,从稳定性、效益性、创新性、绿色性、均衡性、开放性六个维度分析了边疆地区经济体系发展情况。边疆经济体系现代化的建设必须采取有针对性的措施提升其治理效能,促进边疆地区经济社会高质量的发展。

The modernization of the economic system and the construction of the new economic pattern complement each other and support each other both in goal orientation and goal content.Because of its unique geographical advantages and resource endowment,the border areas of China play an important role in maintaining the economic security,promoting the opening-up,connecting domestic and international markets,and balancing the regional development.Based on the analysis of the connotations of the modernization of the economic system under high-quality standards,this paper analyzes the development of the economic system in the border areas of China from the six dimensions of stability,efficiency,innovation,green,balance and openness.The modernization process of the economic system in the border areas of China must take targeted measures to improve their governance efficiency and promote their high-quality socio-economic development.
