民族地区产业融合创新可持续发展路径探索——以云南省临沧市临翔区为例

Approaches to the Sustainable Development of Industrial Integration and Innovation in Ethnic Minority Areas:The Case of Linxiang District of Lincang City in Yunnan Province

产业融合发展是我国经济转型、创新发展的一个主要特征,同时也是民族地区发挥资源优势、推动脱贫攻坚、实施乡村振兴和美丽乡村建设的重要途径。作为临沧市市政府所在地的临翔区具有较好的产业融合发展的条件及可持续发展的前景。该区具有一定的人才资源优势,拥有区域性特征显著的茶叶资源、民族文化资源。随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,高速铁路和高速公路的建设力度进一步加强,区位优势也得到彰显。就临翔区而言,走茶旅、农旅等产业融合之路,科学推进资源整合,促进产业融合创新发展,将为该区经济社会的持续发展注入强劲活力。

Industrial integrated development is a major driving force pushing China's economic transformation and innovative development,and a key approach for ethnic minority areas to take advantage of their resources,quicken their poverty alleviation,and realize rural revitalization and the construction of a beautiful countryside.Linxiang District,where the Lincang municipal government is located,enjoys relatively good conditions for industrial integrated development and sustainable development.Linxiang District has advantages in human resources,as well as tea resources and cultural resources with typical ethnic and local characteristics and strong market competitiveness.In addition,with the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,it enjoys a quicker construction of high-speed railroads and expressways,which highlights its unique geographic vantage point.The further development of Linxiang District relies on its industrial integrated development through the integration of tea industry and tourism,and the fusion of agriculture and tourism in a scientific and innovative way,which will bring much vitality to the sustainable development of the local economy and society.
