我院中成药房自动发药系统优化策略探索

Exploration on Strategies of Optimization of Proprietary Chinese Medicine Automatic Dispensing System in Our Hospital

目的:优化药房自动化系统运行流程,提高药师工作效率,为医院门诊药房自动化系统的构建以及优化提供借鉴和参考。方法:对我院中成药房自动发药系统在投入使用中出现的问题进行分类统计、整理和总结。对于出现问题的原因进行分析,并探讨改进方案,设定平均加药时间和处方平均配发时间的评价标准。结果:通过系统运行优化流程和构建策略,提高系统自动化利用率,缩短日均加药时间和处方平均配发时间。结论:药房自动发药系统能够达到日常药品调配的需要;自动发药系统投入使用后,应结合本院实际情况,不断优化系统运行流程,减少系统发生问题比例,提升科室工作效率及品质,可最大程度上保证系统正常、高效运转。

Objective:To optimize the opration process of pharmacy automation system,improve the work efficiency of pharmacists,and provide reference for the construction and optimization of the automation system used in outpatient pharmacy.Methods:The problems occurred in use of the propretay Chinese medicine automatic dispensing system in our hospital were classified,sorted out and summarized.The causes of the problems were analysed,the improvement plan was discussed,and the average time of dosing time and the average time of prescription distribution of the automatic dispensing system were taken as the evaluation criteria.Results:Through system operation optimization process and construction strategy,the utilization rate of system automation is improved,and the average daily dosing time and average prescription dispensing time of the system are shortened.Conclusion:The pharmacy automatic dispensing system can meet the needs of daily drug deployment.After the automatic dispensing system is put into use,it should be combined with the actual situation of the hospital to continuously optimize the system operation process,reduce the proportion of system problems,and improve the work efficiency and quality of the department,so as to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the system to the greatest extent.
