摘要
绿色发展是当今世界能源发展方向,在国际提倡与国内发展压力的双重背景下,菲律宾通过立法支持与政策细化,逐步走上绿色发展的道路。文章通过梳理菲律宾的可再生能源立法、可持续发展法规及绿色能源相关规定,厘清了菲律宾绿色能源政策的脉络,揭示了菲律宾的绿色能源发展思路,以期为有意参与菲律宾能源建设的相关单位提供参考。
Green development is the direction of energy development in the world.Under the dual background of international advocacy and domestic development pressure,the Philippines has gradually embarked on the path of green development through legislative support and policy refinement.The article clarifies the context of the Philippines'green energy policy by combing through the Philippines'renewable energy legislation,sustainable development laws and regulations,and green energy related regulations,and reveals the Philippines'green energy development concepts,providing references for relevant parties interested in participating in the Philippines'energy development.
