摘要
为实现现场快速测量车轮踏面不圆度情况,创新设计了一种便携式车轮踏面不圆度快速测量装置,由机械装置、测量装置、数据采集与处理等3部分构成;设计中利用三点定位及导向轮反向设计实现了测量过程中的精准定位,选用的高精度千分表及旋转编码器脉冲触发实现测量数据的实时采集与存储。测试结果表明:测量精度达1μm,耗时1 min/车轮,测量数据量1 000+个/车轮;为现场列车车轮踏面不圆度的快速检测表征提供了一种重要测试手段。
In this article,in order to realize the on-the-spot rapid measurement of wheel tread out-of-roundness,a portable rapid measuring device of wheel tread out-of-roundness which consists of three parts: mechanical device,measuring device,data acquisition and processing is designed in an innovative manner. Both the three-point positioning and the reverse design of the guide wheel are adopted to ensure the precise positioning in the measurement process. Both the high-precision dial indicator and the rotary encoder trigger are used to realize real-me acquisition and storage of measured data. The test results show that the accuracy is 1 μm,the time of measurement is 1 min/wheel,and the measured data volume is 1 000+ each wheel. It serves as an important method of testing for rapid detection and characterization of the wheel tread out-of-roundness in this field.
