摘要
为了实现低压舱的迅速减压过程的模拟,设计并研制一种气压弹放式低压舱迅速减压装置,通过CFD分析计算了迅速减压时间,试验数据验证了分析的正确性,表明气压弹放式迅速减压装置能够完成低压舱迅速减压过程的模拟,减压时间最短可达到0.16 s,该减压装置功能和精度满足性能指标要求。
In this article,in order to simulate the rapid decompression in the hypobaric chamber,a rapid decompression device is developed. The time of rapid decompression is calculated by means of CFD. The experimental data verifies that the CFD analysis is correct and shows that this rapid decompression device ejected by air pressure ensures the simulation of rapid decompression in the hypobaric chamber;the time of decompression reaches 0. 16 s at the shortest. Both the function and accuracy of this rapid decompression device meet the requirements of performance.
