摘要
为满足实木双榫头加工安全高效、低成本、劳动强度低的需求,设计一种组合式多轴联动的数控双端制榫机,以实现上料、压料、铣削、下料等全自动。首先分析双榫头实木零件结构特点,制订其加工工艺方案;其次根据功能要求和工艺步骤,设计基础机构和相应的功能机构;最后将各机构根据工艺顺序和位置关系进行组合装配。工程实践表明,数控双端制榫机具备单独或同时制榫、可制榫头类型多和尺寸广等功能,是广大家具制造企业生产规模化、提高产能的理想设备。
In this article,in order to meet the requirements of safety,high efficiency,low cost and low labor intensity in the processing of solid-wood double tenons,a combined multi-axis CNC double-end tenon-making machine is developed,which realizes automatic feeding,pressing,milling and cutting. Firstly,the structural characteristics of the solid-wood parts with double tenons are explored,and the processing technology is developed. Secondly,both the basic mechanism and the related functional system are worked out,according to the functional requirements and technological steps. Finally,the mechanisms are assembled together,according to the process sequence and position. The practical results show that the CNC double-end tenon-making machine has its function of tenon-making separately or simultaneously,and that the tenons are different in type and size. Thus,this machine is desirable in terms of large-scale production and high capacity for furniture manufacturers.
