基于组合熵权秩和比法的机场群 运行效率综合分析 被引量:9

Comprehensive Analysis of Airport Group Operation Efficiency Based on Combined Entropy Weight Rank Sum Ratio Method

摘要 《新时代民航强国建设行动纲要》提出要大力推进京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区、成渝等世界级机场群建设。世界民航业发展经验表明,机场群的发展有一定的内在规律,多机场系统中存在相互间的影响。随着机场群不断增加,对机场群的研究俨然已经成为一个实践需求。本文将按照航班进离场流程,从交通量、进场效率、滑出效率、放行准点率以及起飞平均延误时长等方面对我国四大机场群运行效率进行对比分析,并基于组合熵权秩和比法对四大机场群的首位机场进行综合评价,以探索我国多机场系统中存在的规律,为机场群的相关研究提供新的思路。通过综合评价分析,研究发现了我国四大机场群的七大发展规律。 The"Outline of Action for Building a Strong Civil Aviation Power in the New Era"proposes to vigorously promote the construction of world-class airport groups such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the Yangtze River Delta,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and Chengdu-Chongqing.The development experience of the global civil aviation industry shows that the development of airport groups has its inherent laws and there are certain interactions in the multi-airport system.With the increasing number of airport groups,research on airport groups has become a practical requirement.This article will compare and analyze the operating efficiency of China’s four major airport groups in terms of traffic volume,arrival efficiency,taxiout efficiency,release on-time rate,and average take-off delay,and based on the combination entropy weight and rank sum ratio method,the first airport of the four major airport groups is comprehensively evaluated to explore the laws that exist in China’s multi-airport system.This article provides new ideas for the related research of the airport group.Through comprehensive evaluation and analysis,the research has discovered seven development laws of my country’s four major airport groups.
