Evaluation and Classification of Full-Element Design for Urban Road

城市道路全要素设计是打造建设精细化、以人为本的城市精品道路的关键,针对当前全要素设计缺乏统一标准、难以评价其效果等问题,本文结合上海市城市道路的全要素设计导则要求和相关道路实践,建立用于设计阶段的全要素设计评价指标体系,并通过专家打分量化评价指标,形成分级标准,为城市全要素设计评估提供参考,支撑城市道路全要素建设。

The full-element design of urban roads is the key to building refined and people-oriented boutique urban roads. For the problem of lacking unified standards and hard to evaluate the effects of the current fullelement design method for the urban roads, this paper established an evaluation index system of full-element design for the road design stage with the combination of the requirements of the full-element design guidelines issued for the urban roads in Shanghai and related practices. Based on this, the experts scoring method was used to quantitatively evaluate the established evaluation indexes, and form grading standards to provide references for the evaluation of the full-element design for the urban roads and support the construction of fullelement urban roads..
