Location Selection Problem of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要 为了满足电动汽车及时充电需求和充电站布局规划与建设,提出了基于AHP和模糊综合评价的电动汽车充电站选址问题评价方法。在综合分析相关研究的基础上,选择了安全环保、电网适应性、交通流量、车辆进出站和经济5个方面的因素作为问题研究的评价指标,并对相应的二级指标进行了定性和定量指标类型的确定及内涵分析,构建了相应的AHP评价模型,完成了指标的权重计算。以某市区的三个选址候选地为例,完成了选址分析及其模糊评价,通过对评价结果的反模糊化计算得到了候选地的得分值,确定了充电站的选址方案。结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确性和较好的适用性。 In order to meet the timely charging needs of electric vehicle and the layout planning and construction of charging stations,an evaluation method of location selection problems of electric vehicle charging stations based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed.Based on comprehensive analysis and related research,five factors including safety and environmental protection,power grid adaptability,traffic flow,vehicle entry and exit,and economy were selected as the evaluation indicators,and the corresponding secondary indicators were determined and analyzed.The corresponding AHP evaluation model is constructed,and the calculation of index weight is completed.Taking three candidate sites in an urban area as an example,the site selection analysis and fuzzy evaluation were completed.The score value of the candidate site was obtained by back fuzz calculation of the evaluation results,and the location selection plan of the charging station was determined.The results show that the method has higher accuracy and better applicability.
