航空物流与空港型自贸区的耦合协调发展研究

On the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Aviation Logistics and Airport Free Trade Zone

本文基于航空物流与空港型自贸区协同发展作用机制的理论分析基础上,构建了两者协调发展的评价指标体系,通过主客观相结合的方法确定了各指标权重,再运用动态耦合模型对2012-2018年上海自由贸易试验区经济与航空物流发展的耦合协调性进行了实证分析。结果显示,两系统之间存在显著的协同关系,上海自由贸易试验区航空物流与自贸区经济两系统的互动程度持续加深,从最初的极度失衡逐渐发展到协调阶段。但从单个系统来看,航空物流系统的发展水平偏低,制约了整个自由贸易区经济的发展。

Based on theoretical analysis,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of aviation logistics and airport free trade zone,determines the weight of each index by combining subjective and objective methods,and then makes an empirical analysis of the coupling coordination between economy and aviation logistics development of Shanghai pilot free trade zone from 2012 to 2018 by using dynamic coupling model.The results showed that there were significant between the two systems of collaborative relationships,free trade area of Shanghai aviation logistics and the free trade area economy degree of the interaction between the system continues to deepen,from the initial extreme imbalance to the coordination development stage gradually,but from the point of a single system,the development of aviation logistics system level is low,restrict the free trade area economic development.
