综合管廊能够缓解"马路拉链"、节约土地和空间资源、提高城市"生命线"保障能力,具有突出的经济和社会效益。综合管廊建设投资高,建设运营单位能否成功回收建设投资是实现综合管廊可持续发展的关键问题。文章针对我国大陆地区综合管廊入廊收费的基本情况及存在的问题进行了深入分析,结合相关国家地区经验借鉴,提出了我国大陆地区推动管线入廊收费的对策建议,为加快推进综合管廊有偿使用提供参考。

The utility tunnel has outstanding economic and social benefits,including alleviating the"Road Zipper",saving the land and space resources,and improving the security ability of the"lifeline"of the city.As the construction investment of utility tunnel is high,successful recovery of construction investment is a key problem to realize the sustainable development of the utility tunnel for the operation section.Based on the basic situation and existing problems of entrance fee of utility tunnel in China's Mainland,and combined with the experiences of other countries and regions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting entrance fee of utility tunnel.
