摘要
电解锰生产企业一般采用填埋方式处理电解锰渣,该方式不仅占用大量土地,同时也造成环境污染。研究采用分选、浮选回收锰铁精矿、硫钴镍铜精矿等产品,尾矿发酵制复混肥基料的工艺对电解锰渣进行综合利用,复混肥基料经与尿素、硫酸钾和轻质过磷钙等合理配比后,可生产有机—无机复混肥,其重金属含量符合国家标准,从而实现电解锰行业的可持续发展。
Electrolytic manganese production enterprises generally use landfill to treat electrolytic manganese residue,which not only takes up a lot of land,but also causes environmental pollution.The process of separating and flotation recovery of manganese iron concentrate,sulfur cobalt nickel copper concentrate and other products,and the production of compound fertilizer base material by tailings fermentation were studied.The electrolytic manganese residue was comprehensively utilized.After the compound fertilizer base material was reasonably proportioned with urea,potassium sulfate and light calcium superphosphate,the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer could be produced,and its heavy metal content met the national standards,so as to realize the sustainable development of electrolytic manganese industry.
