摘要
文章提出一种动力电池铝合金箱体设计方案,进行模态仿真分析和振动测试验证,发现其结构强度无法满足设计要求。然后提出两种结构设计优化思路,并按相同工况要求进行仿真分析和振动测试验证。结果显示两种改善方案均能有效改善提高动力电池系统的整体强度,验证了改善方案的可行性,为动力电池铝合金箱体结构设计提供了参考。
A design scheme of power battery aluminum alloy box was proposed.The modal simulation analysis and vibration test were carried out,and it was found that the structural strength could not meet the design requirements.Then two kinds of structural design optimization ideas are put forward,and the simulation analysis and vibration test are carried out according to the requirements of the same working condition.The results show that the two improvement schemes can effectively improve the overall strength of the power battery system.The feasibility of the improvement scheme is verified,which provides a reference for the structural design of the aluminum alloy box of power battery.
