摘要
目的:优化散偏颗粒的制备工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,对影响中药颗粒剂的提取工艺、颗粒成型工艺两方面的提取溶剂、提取时间、提取倍数及颗粒成型辅料等进行考察,以干膏得率、阿魏酸含量、颗粒收率为考察指标。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取2次,每次加水10倍,煎煮2 h;最佳颗粒成型工艺为干膏粉∶蔗糖粉为1∶1,以75%乙醇为润湿剂。结论:该工艺简便稳定,可为大生产提供技术参考。
Objective:Optimization of the preparation process of Sanpian granules.Methods:The extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction multiple and granule forming excipients influencing the extraction process and granule forming process of traditional Chinese medicine granules were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The dry extract yield,ferulic acid content and granule yield were taken as the indexes.Results:The best extraction process is:extrating 2 times,adding water 10 times,frying 2 hours;the best particel forming process is:dry paste power:sucrose power is 1:1,75%ethanol as wetting agent.Conclusion:The process is simple and stable,which can provide technical reference for mass production.
