摘要
"2+3"高职护理学生个性化教学是提高教学质量和职业应用能力的关键因素。基于信息化教学的迅速发展,将知识内化颠倒的翻转课堂可以很好调动学生的积极性和学习的热情,进而培养学生良好的学习习惯和自主学习的能力。文章以翻转课堂在《病理学》中的应用,从课前、课中、课后三个方面进行实践,为个性化的教学提供一定的理论和实践参考依据。
Individualized teaching of"2+3"higher vocational nursing students is the key factor to improve teaching quality and vocational application ability.Based on the rapid development of information-based teaching,flipped classroom,which internalizes and turns knowledge upside down,can well arouse students’enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning,and then cultivate students’good learning habits and autonomous learning ability.Based on the application of flipped classroom in Pathology,this paper carries out practice from three aspects:before class,in class and after class,so as to provide certain theoretical and practical reference for personalized teaching.
