摘要
文章通过对企业员工抱怨现有情况的观察及文献资料查阅,对职工情绪抱怨的问题进行探索性分析,发现了产生员工抱怨的主要问题,造成该问题原因有晋升空间窄、薪酬分配不公、工作环境差、同事关系不协调等,提出了创新组织结构、合理建立绩效考评、创建良好工作环境、关注员工身心健康等对策,从而使企业管理进一步改进提升。
Based on the observation of the existing situation of employees’complaints and literature review,this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the problems of employees’emotional complaints,and finds out the main problems of employees’complaints.The reasons for the problems include narrow promotion space,unfair salary distribution,poor working environment,and uncoordinated relationship between colleagues.It puts forward some suggestions,such as innovating organizational structure,reasonably establishing performance evaluation,and creating a good working environment,pay attention to the physical and mental health of employees and other countermeasures,so as to further improve the enterprise management.
