知识经济时代,企业经济效益的创造中,知识资源占有、产生、分配及使用是非常重要的。知识经济特点在于将知识转换成效益的一种创新性劳动,知识是经济增长、社会发展与企业成长的重要资源。随着经济全球化、信息化与知识化发展趋势明显,知识经济发展速度较快,而知识也已成为竞争优势与创新创造的首要因素,对企业发展发挥着重要的作用。基于此,针对航天项目管理中知识管理相关知识,文章进行了简单地分析。

In the era of knowledge economy,the possession,production,distribution and use of knowledge resources are very important in the creation of economic benefits of enterprises.Knowledge economy is characterized by an innovative labor that transforms knowledge into benefit.Knowledge is an important resource for economic growth,social development and enterprise growth.With the obvious development trend of economic globalization,information and knowledge,the development of knowledge economy is relatively fast,and knowledge has become the primary factor of competitive advantage and innovation creation,and plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the knowledge of knowledge management in aerospace project management.
