摘要
压缩机轴系扭振问题在工业应用中十分常见,大型压缩机组通常要进行轴系扭转振动分析,以防止轴系破坏。集中质量模型是求解轴系扭振问题的一种简便且有效的方法,准确的弹簧质量模型是开展分析工作的基础。结合扭振模型的数学特性,提出了一种利用已知系统固有频率和振型,计算轴系集中质量和刚度数据的方法。
The problem of torsional vibration of compressor shafting is very common in industrial application.For large compressor units,torsional vibration analysis of compressor shafting is usually carried out to prevent its damage.The concentrated mass model is a simple and effective method to solve the torsional vibration problem of compressor shafting.The accurate mass and spring model is the foundation of the analysis.Combined with the mathematical characteristics of torsional vibration model,a method is proposed to calculate the concentrated mass and stiffness of shafting based on the known natural frequency and mode parameters of shafting.
