摘要
目的探讨白花九里明对高血压大鼠模型的心血管功能保护作用。方法将SD大鼠48只随机均分为正常对照组和高血压模型组、替米沙坦组及白花九里明低、中、高浓度组,每组8只大鼠,每天灌胃一次,灌胃量按大鼠体重10 mL/kg计算,连续7天;同时,正常对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,其余各组给予5 mg/mL地塞米松注射液,每天皮下注射一次,注射量按大鼠体重3 mL/kg计算,连续7天。各组大鼠于末次用药后30 min经左侧颈总动脉插管和右侧颈外静脉插管测定收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、中心静脉压(CVP)。结果高血压模型组的SBP、DBP明显高于其余各组(P<0.05或0.01),替米沙坦组的SBP、DBP明显低于其余各组(P<0.05或0.01)。白花九里明低、中、高浓度组和正常对照组的SBP、DBP在组间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组的HR、CVP在组间两两比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白花九里明能抵消地塞米松诱导高血压模型的血管收缩和高血压现象,使血压恢复正常,也能消除地塞米松对心脏生物电干扰和心泵功能降低的不良趋向,达到保护心血管功能的作用。
Objective To explore the protective effect of blumea megacephala on cardiovascular function in hypertensive rat model.Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and hypertension model group,telmisartan group,blumea megacephala low,medium and high concentration groups,with 8 cases in each group.The rats were intragastrically administered once a day for 7 consecutive days according to body weight(10 mL/kg).At the same time,the normal control group were given 0.9%sodium chloride injection,and the other groups were given 5 mg/mL dexamethasone injection,subcutaneous injection was performed once a day for 7 consecutive days,the injection volume was calculated according to the weight of rats(3 mL/kg).30 minutes after the last administration,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)and central venous pressure(CVP)of each group were measured by left common carotid artery intubation and right vena jugularis externa intubation.Results SBP and DBP in the hypertension model group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05 or 0.01),SBP and DBP in the telmisartan group were significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in SBP and DBP between the blumea megacephala low,medium and high concentration groups and the normal control group(P>0.05).Difference of HR and CVP in pairwise comparison between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Blumea megacephala can not only counteract the vasoconstriction and hypertension phenomenon of dexamethasone induced hypertension model,make the blood pressure return to normal,but also eliminate the adverse trend of dexamethasone on cardiac bioelectricity interference and cardiac pump function reduction,so as to protect cardiovascular function.
