摘要
单点系泊系统高压电力滑环设计中往往采用大型蓄能型动密封圈。大型动密封圈普遍存在安装精密度要求高,压入困难和局部渗漏的情况。针对国内首台单点系泊系统高压电力滑环进行的大型动密封产品设计、安装、测试过程中可能遇到的困难和问题,给出了建议和解决方案,并对大型动密封密封效果的旋转、测试装置和密封效果测试方法进行了探讨。该研究解决了密封圈生产厂家和设备应用方之间的衔接问题,扩展了蓄能型密封圈的应用范围,对具体设计提出了注意事项和方法。
The large seal ring is often used in the design of high voltage power slip ring in single-point mooring systems.Large-scale dynamic seal rings generally should be installed in high precision and has the problems of difficult press-in and local leakage.Suggestions and solutions are given for the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of designing,installation,and test of the large-scale dynamic seal of high-voltage power slip rings in the first domestic single-point mooring system,and the rotation and testing device of the large-scale dynamic seal rings&the sealing effect testing method are also discussed.The research solves the consistency problem between the seal ring manufacturer and equipment user,expands the application range of the energy storage seal ring,and puts forward the precautions and methods for the specific design.
