防粘连液联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的疗效观察

Efficacy of Anti-Adhesion Fluid Combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesion After Artificial Abortion

目的探讨防粘连液联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在我院进行人工流产术的患者108例,采用信封法随机分为观察组和对照组各54例。两组患者人流术后均注射防粘连液至宫腔底部,观察组在此基础上予以屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服。比较两组患者术后指标、宫腔粘连情况、术后并发症等差异性,观察手术前后性激素水平变化情况。结果观察组患者术后阴道流血量少于对照组,阴道流血时间、腹痛持续时间、月经复潮时间均短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),术后宫腔粘连发生率及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3周,两组患者血清E2水平均较术前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),PRL、LH水平均较术前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论防粘连液联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片可预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的发生,促进子宫内膜修复,并有效调节性激素水平和月经周期。

Objective To investigate anti-adhesion fluid combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets to prevent intrauterine adhesion after artificial abortion.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,108 patients undergoing artificial abortion in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases by envelope method.All were injected with anti-adhesion fluid to uterine cavity bottom after abortion.On the basis,observation group was given drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets orally. Differences in postoperative indicators,intrauterine adhesions and postoperative complications were compared,and changes in sex hormone before and after surgery were observed. Results For observation group,postoperative vaginal bleeding was less than that of control group.Vaginal bleeding time,duration of abdominal pain,and menstrual renewal time were shorter than those of control group.Endometrial thickness was greater than that of control group(P<0. 05).Incidences of adhesion and postoperative complications were lower than those of control group(P< 0. 05).At 3 weeks after operation,serum E2 were higher than those before operation,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0. 05),PRL and LH were lower than those before operation,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion Anti-adhesion fluid combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets could prevent intrauterine adhesion after artificial abortion that could promote endometrial repair and effectively regulate sex hormone and menstrual cycles.
