循证护理干预对宫颈癌放疗患者阴道不良反应及生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on vaginal adverse reactions and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy

目的:探讨循证护理干预对宫颈癌放疗患者阴道不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2017年1月—2020年7月收治的84例宫颈癌放疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取循证护理干预。比较两组阴道不良反应、心理状态及生活质量。结果:观察组阴道不良反应发生率为9.52%,低于对照组(26.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、宫颈癌生存质量评估量表(QOL-UCC)评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组SDS评分低于对照组,QOL-UCC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理干预能够改善宫颈癌放疗患者的心理状态,预防阴道不良反应,提升生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effects of evidence-based nursing intervention on vaginal adverse reactions and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods:All eighty-four patients receiving radiotherapy for cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,the observation group took evidence-based nursing intervention.Vaginal adverse reactions,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of vaginal adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.52%,lower than that in the control group(26.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pre-nursing depression self-rating scale(SDS)and cervical cancer quality of life assessment scale(QOL-UCC)in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and QOL-UCC score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy,prevent vaginal adverse reactions,and improve their quality of life.
