摘要
为提高地铁运营安全风险管理水平,减少安全事故的发生,本文对地铁运营安全风险前兆信息进行识别与控制研究。首先通过文献分析、案例分析和扎根理论3种方法总结、分析、识别地铁运营安全风险前兆信息,共计得到36个前兆信息;然后根据不同类型前兆信息的特点,提出3类针对性的控制措施。结果表明:系统全面地对地铁运营安全风险前兆信息进行识别与控制研究,可以帮助地铁运营安全管理人员深入认知安全风险,为地铁运营安全管理提供决策支持。
In order to improve the safety risk management level of subway operation and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,this paper researched the identification and control of the safety risk precursor in subway operation.First,literature analysis,case analysis and grounded theory were used to summarize,analyze and identify the safety risk precursor in subway operation,and a total of 36 precursors were identified.Then,according to the characteristics of different types of precursors,three kinds of targeted control measures were proposed.The results show that the systematic and comprehensive identification and control research on the precursor in subway operation safety risk can help the safety management personnel related to subway operation to deeply understand the safety risk and provide decision support for the subway operation safety management.
