硫化氢抗炎及免疫调节作用研究进展

Research advances of the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects of hydrogen sulfide

硫化氢是一种气体信号分子,具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、调节细胞周期、促凋亡、抗炎和免疫调节作用等。其供体可直接或间接释放硫化氢,对心血管系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病、神经退行性疾病、糖尿病和肿瘤等多种疾病具有防治作用。本文综述硫化氢及其供体在炎症和免疫调节方面的研究进展。

Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)is a gaseous signaling molecule with multiple bioactivities,such as anti-oxidation,regulation of cell cycle,pro-apoptosis,anti-inflammation and immune modulation,etc.Several compounds,termed as H_(2)S donors,release H_(2)S directly or indirectly to play protective and therapeutic effects on cardiovascular diseases,autoimmune diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,diabetes,cancers and many other diseases.This review mainly summarized the research advances of H_(2)S and its donors in anti-inflammation and immunomodulation.
