经颅多普勒超声对脑梗死患者预后的评估

Assessment of prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction by transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)

目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对脑梗死患者预后的评估价值。方法选择我院2018年4月至2020年3月收治的180例脑梗死患者,所有患者进行TCD检查,分析患者临床预后。结果180例患者经颅多普勒超声诊断48例(26.7%)正常,132例(73.3%)异常;异常包括轻、中、重度狭窄以及血流速度下降、频谱形态异常等。TCD诊断正常的患者45例(93.7%)预后良好,高于异常患者34例(25.8%)(P<0.05)。患者满意度为97.2%。结论TCD对脑梗死患者预后的评估价值显著,检查灵敏度高,可以早期发现脑部血管病变,从而为临床治疗和康复训练提供重要依据,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the value of transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD)in evaluating the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Atotal of 180 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were selected.All patients underwent TCD examination to analyze their clinical prognosis.Results Forty-eight cases(26.7%)were normal and 132 cases(73.3%)were abnormal.The abnormalities included mild,moderate and severe stenosis,decreased blood flow velocity and abnormal spectral morphology.The prognosis of 45(93.7%)patients with normal diagnosis by transcranial doppler ultrasound was good,which was higher than that of 34(25.8%)patients with abnormal diagnosis(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction was 97.2%.Conclusion Transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD)has a significant value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction,and is highly sensitive to examination.It can detect cerebral vascular lesions in the early stage,thus providing an important basis for clinical treatment and rehabilitation training,and is worthy of being widely used.
