新型冠状病毒肺炎9例的临床与初诊CT表现

The clinical and primary CT findings of 9 cases of Aggregated NCP epidemic

目的探讨一起聚集性疫情患者临床和CT表现特征。方法回顾性分析我县城区内一起因打麻将引起的聚集性疫情的9例患者,对其临床表现、实验室检查和CT影像学特征进行分析。结果患者症状均较轻或无明显不适症状,实验室检查2例白细胞升高,1例淋巴细胞升高,无白细胞和淋巴细胞降低病例。CT表现为病灶多发,呈班片状、云雾状、烟花样磨玻璃密度改变。外周及胸膜下分布,可见“胸膜平行征”和“血管增粗征”。结论多数NCP患者初诊时即具有典型CT影像学表现:外周及胸膜下散在分布磨玻璃病灶;轻症患者可无肺部影像学改变;无症状感染者肺部也可出现典型影像学改变。

Objective To investigate the clinical and CT features of patients with aggregative epidemic.Methods The clinical manifestations,laboratory tests and CT imaging features of 9 patients with a clustered epidemic caused by playing mahjong were analyzed retrospectively.Results The symptoms of the patients were mild or no obvious discomfort.In the laboratory,2 cases of leukocyte increased,1 case of lymphocyte increased,no case of leukocyte and lymphocyte decreased.CT showed multiple lesions with patchy,cloudy and fireworks like ground glass density changes.Peripheral and subpleural distribution,"Pleura parallel sign"and"vascular thickening sign"can be seen.Conclusion Most of the NCP patients have typical CT findings at the initial diagnosis.There were scattered ground glass lesions around and under pleura.There was no pulmonary imaging change in mild patients;Typical imaging changes can also be seen in the lungs of asymptomatic patients.
