多层螺旋CT曲面重建技术对胆总管扩张的诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT curved surface reconstruction technique for common bile duct dilatation

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT曲面重建技术对胆总管扩张的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年1月聊城市第四人民医院收治的胆总管扩张80例患者的临床资料。80例患者均行多层螺旋CT曲面重建技术检查,以手术结果为金标准分析其对胆总管扩张的诊断效能。结果多层螺旋CT曲面重建技术的成像率为100.00%(80/80),定位准确率为100.00%(80/80),诊断准确度为92.50%(74/80),定性诊断准确率为93.75%(75/80)。多层螺旋CT曲面重建技术对胆管系统的显示评分为(4.59±1.24)分,对胆道解剖结构与胆管壁的显示评分为(4.12±0.64)分。结论多层螺旋CT曲面重建技术能较好显示胆道结构,有利于对胆总管扩张病变进行定性、定量及定位分析。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)curved surface reconstruction technique for common bile duct dilatation.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with common bile duct dilatation admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All 80 patients were examined by MSCT curved surface reconstruction technique.The surgical results were used as the gold standard to analyze its diagnostic efficacy for common bile duct dilatation.Results The imaging rate,positioning accuracy rate,diagnostic accuracy,qualitative diagnosis accuracy rate of MSCT curved surface reconstruction technology were 100.00%(80/80),100.00%(80/80),92.50%(74/80),93.75%(75/80)respectively.The MSCT curved surface reconstruction technique showed a score of(4.59±1.24)points for the bile duct system,and a score of(4.12±0.64)points for the bile duct anatomy and bile duct wall.Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT curved surface reconstruction technology can better display the structure of the biliary tract,which is beneficial to the qualitative,quantitative and localization analysis of the common bile duct dilatation.
