养阴舒肝胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症的效果观察

Clinical observation of yangyin shugan capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

目的观察多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)性不孕症患者经养阴舒肝胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗的临床效果。方法抽取2018年1月至2019年1月郑州人民医院收治的72例PCOS性不孕症患者,按随机数表法分为两组,每组36例。对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用养阴舒肝胶囊,均治疗3个月。治疗结束,评估并比较两组疗效;分别于治疗前、治疗3个月时,检测并比较两组子宫内膜厚度及卵泡长径;治疗结束后随访1年,记录并比较两组妊娠结局;比较两组不良反应。结果治疗3个月时,观察组治疗总有效率(80.56%)高于对照组(52.78%),子宫内膜厚度及卵泡长径为(7.79±1.05)cm、(11.18±2.21)cm,均高于对照组的(7.82±1.13)cm、(11.06±2.67)cm,P<0.05;随访1年时,观察组妊娠率(41.67%)高于对照组(19.44%),早孕流产率(6.67%)低于对照组(57.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组排卵率比较(72.22%比58.33%),差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论养阴舒肝胶囊与克罗米芬治疗PCOS性不孕症安全性好,疗效佳,可改善子宫及卵泡状况和妊娠结局,减少早孕流产。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of yangyin shugan capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods Seventy-two patients with PCOS infertility who were diagnosed and treated in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was added yangyin shugan capsule on the basis of the observation group.They were all treated for 3 months.After treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared;the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter of the two groups was detected and compared before treatment and 3 months after treatment;followed up for 1 year after treatment,the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups was recorded and compared;the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was recorded.Results At 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter were(7.79±1.05)cm,(11.18±2.21)cm,which were higher than(7.82±1.13)cm,(11.06±2.67)cm of the control group;during the 1-year follow-up,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the abortion rate of early pregnancy was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ovulation rate between the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);during the 1-year follow-up,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the abortion rate of early pregnancy was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusions Yangyin shugan capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS infertility has high safety and good efficacy,which can improve the condition of uterus and follicles,improve pregnancy outcome,and reduce early pregnancy miscarriage.
