摘要
通过对HXD2型电力机车牵引支座进行工艺分析,完成胎模锻工艺设计及相关模具设计,再应用数值模拟对制坯方案进行优化,对3种制坯方案和不同的模具方案进行比较,选取最优方案进行生产试制,获得形状尺寸符合要求的锻件,验证了模拟结果的准确性,实现牵引支座的锻造批量生产,可为同类锻件的成型提供参考。
Through the process analysis of HXD2 electric locomotive traction support,the forging process design of loose tooling and related die design were completed.Then,the numerical simulation was applied to optimize the blank forging scheme,and the three blank forging schemes and different die schemes were compared.The optimal scheme was selected for trial production to obtain qualified forgings with shape and size.The accuracy of the simulation results was verified,and the forging batch production of the traction support was realized,which provided references for producing similar forgings on the free forging hammer.
