后车门总成尺寸问题影响因素研究

Study on influence factors of rear door assembly size problem

采用扫描后门全工序过程分总成的方法,得出焊接每一个零件后对总成尺寸产生的影响,通过扫描,发现在焊接门锁加强板后,总成法兰边出现断差,焊接窗框加强板后,分总成出现扭转,对应零件整改后,再次焊接总成验证,消除了尺寸超差,解决了后门总成匹配问题。

The method of scanning the whole processes subassembly of the rear door was used to summarize the effect of welding each part on the assembly dimension.By scanning,it was found that the assembly of flange was mismatched after welding the lock reinforcing plate.While,the subassembly was reversed after welding the window frame reinforcing plate.The corresponding parts were rectified,and the welding assembly was verified again.The final results showed that it eliminated the out-of-tolerance size,and solved the rear door assembly matching problem.
