摘要
在AMI理论的基础上,结合智库建设实践,构建了生态文明智库评价指标体系。分别论述了吸引力、管理力、影响力的理论内涵及其对生态文明智库建设的关键作用,在此基础上设计出相应的11个二级指标和35个三级指标,构建了生态文明智库评价指标体系,并对相应指标选取的逻辑和指标含义进行分析。生态文明智库评价指标体系的构建在理论研究层面开拓了智库评价研究的新领域,对推动中国特色新型智库建设具有重要意义。
Based on the theory of AMI and the practice of think-tank construction,the evaluation index system of think tank for ecological civilization is constructed.This paper discusses the theoretical connotation of attractive power,management power and impact power and their key roles in the construction of think tank for ecological civilization.On this basis,11 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators are designed,and the evaluation index system of think tank for ecological civilization is constructed.In addition,the logic and meaning of the selection of corresponding indicators are explained.The construction of evaluation index system of think tank for ecological civilization has opened up a new area of think tank evaluation research in the theoretical research level,which has important significance for promoting the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
