利用牛精英平台进行畜牧业复合人才培养模式探索

Compound Talents Cultivation Mode on Animal Husbandry Based on Cow Elite Platform

畜牧业发展需要大量复合型人才。以往的培养模式存在着实践培养不足、产业链关注不够、缺乏后续培养途径的问题。新疆农业大学利用"牛精英"平台,整合企业、高校和社会力量,通过适当增加现场教学学时,以企业为课堂锻炼技能,以产业链为课本开阔视野,以竞赛为手段选择优秀学生进行分层次培养,对学生进行终身制的培养模式探索,并对该人才培养模式的前景和不足之处进行分析,以期为中国高校畜牧业复合人才培养模式探索提供新的思路。

The development of animal husbandry requires a large number of interdisciplinary talents.The previous training model has the problems of insufficient practice training,insufficient attention from the industry chain,and lack of follow-up training methods.Xinjiang Agricultural University uses the"Bull Elite"platform to integrate enterprises,universities and social forces.On-site teaching hours are increased,enterprises are taken as classrooms and students'skills are thus trained.Using industrial chains as textbooks,students'horizons are broadened.Competition is taken as a means to select outstanding students for training at different levels.The life-long training model is explored.The paper looks forward to the prospects of this model,and analyzes the defects of it,hoping to provide new ideas for the exploration of the compound talent training model of animal husbandry in Chinese colleges and universities.
