中医药对新冠病毒肺炎恢复期及出院患者免疫功能调节理论探讨

Discussion on the Mechanism of Immune Function Regulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Convalescent and Discharged Patients with New Coronavirus Pneumonia

新型冠状病毒肺炎是以乏力、发热、干咳为主要表现的传染性肺炎。疫情爆发以来,在缺乏特效对抗新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)药物的情况下,中医药在阻断新冠肺炎病情进展、缩短病程、提高临床疗效等治疗发挥了重大作用。文章从现代医学及中医邪正盛衰理论介绍了对新冠肺炎的认识,对于恢复期或出院患者应予以扶正为主,兼以祛邪的治疗原则,恢复人体“正气”,提高机体抗病能力。阐述了中医药在增强黏膜免疫防线、调节免疫机制、修复组织损伤等免疫调节方面的作用机理,针对恢复期或出院患者的临床特点探讨中医药在免疫调节中的作用优势,以期为中西医结合的临床应用与基础研究提供参考。

COVID-19 is an infectious pneumonia with fatigue,fever,and dry cough as the main symptoms.Since the outbreak of the epidemic,in the absence of specific anti-new coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)drugs,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played a major role in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia by blocking the progression of the disease,shortening the course of the disease and improving clinical efficacy.The article introduces the understanding of NCCP from modern medicine and TCM theory of the prevalence and decay of evil and righteousness,and the treatment principle of supporting righteousness and eliminating evil for recovering or discharged patients to restore the healthy qi of the body and improve the body's ability to resist disease.The mechanism of TCM in immunomodulation,such as enhancing mucosal immune defense,regulating immune mechanism,and repairing tissue damage,is described,and the advantages of TCM in immunomodulation are discussed with respect to the clinical characteristics of recovered or discharged patients,in order to provide reference for the clinical application and basic research of Chinese and Western medicine.
