摘要
在保证危重症患儿营养输注的前提下,合理调整营养成分和结构,根据患儿耐受性调整饮食,并针对以往肠内营养中相关并发症的发生进行合理有效的护理干预,大大降低了临床肠内营养相关并发症的发生,也降低了治疗过程肠源性感染、肠道炎症疾病的发生。本文从肠内营养进行时机、营养类型、输注方式、喂养剂量、并发症的预防等方面探讨小儿危重症肠内营养的必要性,综述了小儿危重症肠内营养的研究进展。
Under the premise of ensuring nutritional infusion of critically ill children,rational adjustment of nutrients and structure,adjustment of diet according to the tolerance of children,and reasonable and effective nursing intervention for the occurrence of related complications in the previous enteral nutrition,greatly reducing the occurrence of clinical enteral nutrition-related complications also reduces the incidence of intestinal infections and intestinal inflammatory diseases during the treatment.The study aimed to highlight the necessity of reasonable enteral nutrition support and the progress of nursing through the timing,nutrition type,infusion method,feeding dose and prevention of complications of pediatric critically ill enteral nutrition.
