摘要
进入21世纪,为促进就业创业、产生新的经济增长点,国际组织和主要经济发达国家都很重视与生存技能相关的素养,并相继修订新一轮技能框架。分析欧盟、OECD、美国、日本和新加坡等国际组织与国家在新一轮教育改革中的社会适应能力培养经验,提出面向未来中国学生社会适应能力培养策略,即在价值上重视实践导向的社会适应能力,在学生自主发展方面重视自律、行动力和自我突破力,在社会参与上重视学生参加家务、社区和社会服务等能力,在全球视野上重视学生自我、国家和人类命运的认识与实践能力。
In the 21st century in order to promote employment and generate new economic growth points,international organizations and major developed countries have attach so great importance to survival-skill-related literacy that they have revised a new skills framework.This paper analyzes the experiences of social adaptability training of the new education reform in the European Union,OECD,the United States of America,Japan and Singapore.Then the paper puts forward strategies of promoting Chinese students'social adaptability for the future in such aspects as orientation,dimension,social participation and global vision.Firstly,the paper emphasizes that training shall be practice-oriented.Secondly,the paper stresses students'independent development in terms of their self-discipline,execution and self-breakthrough.Thirdly,the paper appeals to students to participate more in their housework,community and social services.Fourthly and finally,the paper states the significance of a global perspective to students'themselves,their nation and humanity.
