摘要 基于煤矿安全管理社会-技术系统特征,探讨了大数据技术对煤矿安全管理系统韧性能力的影响,分别从大数据导向的知识共享、基于大数据知识的事件学习和基于知识的组织学习等3个方面提出了塑造煤矿安全管理系统韧性能力的方法。 The influence of big data technology on the resilience of coal mine safety management system is discussed based on the characteristics of social-technical system of coal mine safety management,and the resilience capability of coal mine management system is shaped from three aspects,namely big data-oriented knowledge sharing,big data knowledge based event learning and knowledge based organizational learning.
