摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cr掺杂改性的ZnO作为SCR脱硝催化剂,研究在不同制备条件下,此类催化剂的SCR脱硝性能。结果表明:步骤A在200 W、步骤B在900 W的微波条件下,以PEG6000为表面活性剂,掺1%Cr的Cr_(0.01)-PEG6000_(0.02)/ZnO具有良好的催化脱硝活性,为六方纤锌矿型,比表面积大,NO催化效率可达76.8%。利用XRD、BET、EDS、SEM、NH_(3)-TPD等实验手段对催化剂表面结构、晶型、成分进行表征,结果显示在表面活性剂PEG6000修饰下,Cr的掺杂能明显提高催化剂的比表面积和吸附能力,能抑制催化剂团聚以及增大催化剂氧空位和表面酸性位。 Cr doped ZnO SCR denitration catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method,and the SCR denitration properties of the catalysts were studied under different preparation conditions.The results show that,under the microwave conditions of step A 200 W and step B 900 W,PEG6000 used as surfactant,Cr_(0.01)-PEG6000_(0.02)/ZnO with 1% of chromium has good catalytic denitrification activity.It is hexagonal wurtzite type with large specific surface area.The catalytic degradation efficiency of NO is as high as 76.8%.XRD,BET,EDS,SEM,NH_(3)-TPD and other experimental methods are used to characterize the surface structure,crystal form and composition of the catalyst.The characterization results show that under the modification of surfactant PEG6000,the doping of Cr can significantly increase the specific surface area and adsorption capacity of the catalyst,inhibit the catalyst agglomeration,and increase the oxygen vacancy and surface acidity of the catalyst.
