摘要 含水率检测技术在谷物的收获和加工环节具有关键作用。按检测方式对含水率测量方法进行分类,对含水率检测的参考标准进行梳理。着重阐述不同频率下利用介电特性测量含水率的方法,此外介绍了不同频率下传感器的研究进展,分析介电特性测量方法的误差来源并介绍误差修正的相关模型。通过对不同的含水率测量方法的介绍和对比,分析谷物含水率测量装置的发展方向。针对在恶劣环境、复杂工况下田间谷物收获含水率的监测,提出理想的谷物含水率测量装置应满足安装维护方便,校准简单,对不同谷物具有统一的含水率测量算法。 Moisture content detection technology plays a key role in grain harvest and processing.In this paper,moisture content measurement methods were classified according to the detection methods,and the reference standards for moisture content detection were sorted out.The methods of measuring water content with dielectric properties at different frequencies were introduced,the research progress of sensors at different frequencies was examined,the error sources of dielectric properties measurement methods were analyzed,and the error correction model was exploved.Through the introduction and comparison of different measuring methods of grain moisture content,the development direction of measuring equipment for grain moisture content was investigated.In order to monitor the moisture content of grain harvested between fields under harsh environment and complex working conditions,the paper presents a device that is easy to install and maintain,simple to calibrate,and has a unified moisture content measurement algorithm for different grains.
