摘要 目前,随着医疗技术的不断发展与提高,临床对于结直肠癌的治疗已由传统开腹手术逐渐转变为腹腔镜手术。腹腔镜技术具有安全性较高、创伤小、疗效显著等特点,故而深受广大患者及医师的认可。单孔腹腔镜新技术的广泛应用有效提高了腹腔镜结肠癌手术的疗效。该文就腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的研究进展进行综述。 At present,with the continuous development and improvement of medical technology,the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer has changed,and it has gradually changed from traditional laparotomy to laparoscopic surgery.Laparoscopy technology has the characteristics of high safety,less trauma,and significant efficacy,so it is widely recognized by patients and physicians.With the new technology of single port laparoscopy being widely used in clinical treatment,laparoscopic colon cancer surgery has been effectively improved.This article reviews the current research status of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.
