脑苷肌肽联合小牛血去蛋白提取物对脑卒中患者神经功能及血液流变学指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Cerebromyopathic Peptide Combined with Calf Digestin Extract on Neural Function and Hematic Changement Index of Stroke Patients

摘要 目的探讨脑苷肌肽联合小牛血去蛋白提取物对脑卒中患者神经功能及血液流变学指标的影响。方法方便选取该次研究的100例脑卒中患者均为2019年8月—2020年8月该院收治的患者,使用随机数字分组方法分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗,研究组接受脑苷肌肽联合小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗,对比两组疗效差异。结果研究组的血清S-100β(1.83±0.33)μg/L、NSE水平(9.48±1.33)μg/L低于对照组血清S-100β(5.58±0.18)μg/L、NSE水平(12.48±1.24)μg/L,NGF水平(395.81±23.91)pg/mL高于对照组NGF水平(341.92±21.54)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=70.541、11.666、11.840,P<0.05)。研究组的全血高切黏度(6.48±2.16)s、全血低切黏度(3.49±0.53)s、血浆黏度(2.11±0.31)mPa·s、红细胞积压(41.28±3.35)%均低于对照组全血高切黏度(10.83±2.22)s、全血低切黏度(4.58±0.33)s、血浆黏度(3.05±0.24)mPa·s、红细胞积压(46.84±4.91)%,差异有统计学意义(t=9.930、12.344、16.954、6.614,P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组治疗总有效率84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论脑苷肌肽联合小牛血去蛋白提取物对脑卒中患者神经功能及血液流变学指标改善效果显著。 Objective To investigate the effect of cerebroside-carnosine combined with deproteinized calf blood extract on neurological function and hemorheological indexes of stroke patients.Methods conveniently selected the 100 stroke patients who participated in the study were all patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number grouping method.The control group received calf blood deproteinized extract treatment,the research group received cerebroside carnosine combined with calf blood deproteinized extract treatment to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results The serum S-100β(1.83±0.33)μg/L and NSE levels(9.48±1.33)μg/L of the study group were lower than those of the control group of the serum S-100β(5.58±0.18)μg/L and NSE levels(12.48±1.24)μg/L,NGF level(395.81±23.91)pg/mL was higher than the control group NGF level(341.92±21.54)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=70.541,11.666,11.840,P<0.05).The study group's whole blood high shear viscosity(6.48±2.16)s,whole blood low shear viscosity(3.49±0.53)s,plasma viscosity(2.11±0.31)mPa·s,and red blood cell backlog(41.28±3.35)%were all lower than those of the control group of blood high shear viscosity(10.83±2.22)s,whole blood low shear viscosity(4.58±0.33)s,plasma viscosity(3.05±0.24)mPa·s,red blood cell backlog(46.84±4.91)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.930,12.344,16.954,6.614,P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.00%in the study group was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cerebroside carnosine and calf blood deproteinized extract has a significant improvement effect on the neurological function and hemorheological indexes of stroke patients.
